Who we are
Genix One is operated by Sprite Genix. Each organisation controls the business data in its workspace.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email and security settings.
- Workspace data your organisation enters.
- Operational data: logins, audit events and usage counts.
AI processing
If AI is enabled, only configuration details may be sent to the AI provider. Business records are not sent.
Your choices
Owners can export or request deletion of data. Users manage sessions, passkeys and two-factor sign-in.
