What is Genix One?
Genix One is an AI-powered business management platform by Sprite Genix. You describe how your business works, and it builds a custom CRM and operations workspace for you, with modules, fields, pipelines, dashboards, roles and automations. You can keep changing it in plain English, without code.
Who is Genix One for?
Small businesses, startups, agencies, schools, clinics, manufacturers, retailers, real estate firms and service companies in India and worldwide. If your work has customers, records and steps, Genix One can model it.
How is it different from a normal CRM?
A normal CRM gives everyone the same fixed screens. Genix One builds the workspace around your business: your record types, your stages, your roles and your reports.
Do I need to know coding?
No. You describe your business, pick features and confirm a preview. Later changes work the same way, in plain English or with a visual editor.
Does it need an AI subscription?
No. Core CRM and operations work without AI. A built-in rule engine handles common setup requests. An AI provider adds broader understanding.
Is my data sent to AI?
Only configuration details such as module and field names. Your business records are never sent to an AI provider.
Does it support GST and Indian businesses?
Yes. INR and GST labels are the default for India, with configurable tax rates. Currency, tax label, time zone and locale can be set for any country.
Can my customers log in?
Yes. The customer portal lets customers sign in and see only the records you choose to share, such as invoices, tickets or projects.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Owners can export every record and the full configuration at any time, even after a subscription ends.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organisation starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required.
